Sarah is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) and a vital member of the Village Counseling and Wellness Team. She specializes in working with young adults who are experiencing anxiety and depression, or who may be going through challenging life transitions or relational issues.
Sarah uses a warm and collaborative therapist who likes to use humor and creativity in her work with clients. As a clinician, she wants clients to know that she is genuinely interested in hearing their stories and that there is no other job she would rather be doing than working with clients at VCW.
Sarah received her MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from California School of Professional Psychology, and has her BA in Psychology from Biola University. During her training and professional career, she has worked at South Central Training Consortium and Therapylabinc.
“My favorite thing about working with our clients is having the honor of hearing my clients’ stories, journeying with them as they work towards meaningful change in their lives, and getting to witness their incredible resilience and growth up close.”
Sarah enjoys yoga, reading, and exploring the nooks and crannies of LA. She loves spending time in good conversation and eating delicious food with friends.
