Marco Viteri is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and an integral member of the Village Counseling and Wellness Clinical Team. He specializes in trauma and substance abuse.
Marco describes himself as a warm and empathic therapist with a calm demeanor that allows for a sense of safety in therapy sessions. His approach helps people feel grounded during times of overwhelm, which strengthens the therapeutic relationship and promotes trust and growth.
Marco received his MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Oaks College. He also has his certification in Alcohol and Drug Studies from Glendale College, and is a licensed CADC II counselor.
“My favorite thing about working with our clients is seeing people work towards believing in themselves and tapping into their resilience in order to create long-lasting changes in their lives. If clients are ready to tackle some of the obstacles in their lives, I’m there for them to support their growth and cheer them on.”
Marco is an avid collector of watches (it’s his favorite hobby!) and has been one of Batman’s biggest fans since before he can remember.
Marco works under the supervision of Suzette Bray, LMFT.
