Chelsea (she/her) is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. She specializes in working with LGBTQIA+ teens and adults on issues like anxiety, depression, relationship issues, shame & guilt, loneliness, and identity exploration all through a trauma-informed and strengths based lens.
Chelsea received her Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles and has trained at both the Southern California Counseling Center and The Relational Center. Prior to becoming a therapist, she worked in suicide prevention, crisis services, and sexual health and education. She believes her role as a therapist is to help her clients raise their awareness and co-create a space where they feel safe, empowered, and willing to experiment with new ways of being.
