Adult DBT Program
**This program is currently delivered via tele-therapy services due to the COVID-19 situation. We will resume in-person services in the near future.

Village Counseling and Wellness’s Adult DBT Program is designed to help you address these exact challenges. We build this outpatient treatment program to help clients:
Learn how to manage stress
Increase their distress tolerance
Develop strong communication skills
Improve their approach to relationships
Build the skills needed to create safety and stability in life
As a client in our Adult DBT Program, you will participate in a variety of our treatment services 2-5 times per week, depending on the schedule of your individual plan. We request that you commit to a minimum of 6 months of treatment. Both our own experience and empirical research shows that a year in treatment yields the most optimal results.
Our Adult DBT Program includes:
Weekly Individual therapy
Weekly Skills training group
Ongoing Skills Coaching (between therapy sessions)
We have structured our Adult DBT Program using an evidenced-based treatment approach. Because of its nature, we do not customize or change the program. However, we are able to work with clients to customize additional treatment services as add-ons to the Adult DBT Program. These additional services can include any of the following:
